The return process is simple:

1. Contact Oska Wellness eCare team at support@oskawellness.com. (You will be asked a few questions regarding your experience with the device to find out why it did not meet your needs)

 2. If trouble-shooting does not resolve the concern, simply request a return ticket, place the device back into the original packaging, and ship the unit back to our office.

 3. Only returns from units within the 50 official states of the United States of America are eligible for free return shipping to redeem our guarantee. Orders outside of the USA or from US territories are responsible for the cost of returning the device to the Oska Wellness, Inc. facility. 

Conditions of the guarantee are as follows:

1. Returns must occur within 90 days of delivery and original receipt is required.

2. Electronic devices, especially those of a medical nature, should be handled with care and in accordance with the User's Manual. Guarantee may be voided if the returned unit is deemed to have been damaged by user, in such instances as water damage, excessive heat, defective power sources, or dropping the unit.

If wishing to return your Oska Pulse device you must first contact the Oska Wellness Customer Care department at support@oskawellness.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please note that only orders placed directly through Oska Wellness, Inc. or an authorized Oska Pulse affiliate or retailer are eligible for the money back guarantee. Devices purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for the money back guarantee.
