Warranty Terms



This Oska, Inc. Limited Warranty applies to Oska Products and is given by Oska, Inc. to the individual purchaser of the product from Oska, Inc. dba Oska Wellness or Oska's authorized distributors or retailers. Oska, Inc. warrants to purchasers that the Oska Products will materially conform to its published specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year commencing on the date of delivery, (2 years in Germany)

If your device is not working properly for any reason, please contact us at support@oskawellness.com +1-844-630-9932 (Normal office hours are M-F 10:00am - 5:00PM PST) and we will help troubleshoot what the problem might be. If the problem cannot be resolved easily, we will have you return the device to us and we will replace the Oska Pulse device.

This is applicable to all buyers, regardless of location.  (Customers in Australia should contact support@medictechnology.com.au for warranty support).

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. Oska reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.

This warranty does not apply to damage that Oska determines to be from  misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to water, excessive heat, defective power sources, or accidents.

Please note that only orders placed directly through Oska, Inc. DBA Oska Wellness or an authorized Oska, Inc. Distributor or retailer are eligible for warranty. Devices purchased from unauthorized sources or resold by the original purchaser are NOT eligible to claim under our warranty. 


Electronic devices, especially those of a medical nature, should be handled with care and in accordance with the User Manual.
